Both work amazing. Got 3.2ghz with Freezer 64 Pro and it's thermal paste.
Ram was at 4-5-4-11 and stayed cooler, very nice heatsinks on them (look nice too)
Bought them in late June 08 just to get things running until i had some more money for upgrades.

well it's $55 + ship new, and i used it all of about a week, so i don't think so.
mind you these products were simply used to test out the board and be a quick way to get the system running until upgrades were feasible.
the ram is also very nice btw, i didn't hit a ceiling while at 4-5-4-11 @ ddr950
 
yeah the warranty will replace it through Newegg until mid-september
and if they brake on you or mess up before then and you have issues i'll just reimburse you.
if the cpu is DOA or shortly after i'll also reimburse you.
i have the original packaging for both also.

i'm really sorry Zero, i'm not able to sell anymore... my grandma's stepping has to be redone (a tree was removed, something with roots) and that'll cost $170 to be fixed, which halts upgrade plans for a bit... sorry mate
