Security camera that can record on its own.

I need a security camera that can record on its own 24/7 when not connected to my iphone.

Something around 20 dollars, its only for yard.

I have purchased 2 camera already, both takes sd card but it does not record when it is not connected to my iphone app.

please help

If you don't need it to have a battery and would power it yourself then a wyze cam v3 would be around $25 which would do continuous cam recording to sd card

I'd probably also suggest not buying the cheapest thing on the market and shooting for a higher budget and value bar, usually you can avoid buying multiple cheap components by buying one that has better quality.
