Screensaver

Hi,
I want to know how to get a *FREE* screensaver to display a gif from a url. I want to use the: http://radar.weather.gov/Conus/RadarImg/latest_Small.gif - url to post a weather radar loop that will redownload the image everytime it loads, therefor automatically updating (as the url image is changed regularly.)
Any ideas?

I think i know what your talking about. About the best ive seen is use a gadget on the desktop. Never seen nothing for like wallpaper or full screen that would update.
