What does the soundcard have to do with the AGP slot? The sound card may not be compatible with your computer or AGP slot.
Sound cards DO NOT COME AS AGP.Also my computer is 1 year old but it's a pci slot not agp for the sound card.

I know that it's PCI but some guy asked me if it were AGP.
That's not the problem though, the problem is I cannot get it to work properly.
Can you help?
You mean the 4 pin MPC cable? But isn't there a way to get it to run off the motherboard itself without having to plug the analog cord into the back of the CD-rom drive?
