Hello there.
I'm re-formatting my harddrive in a few weeks and I want to know what driver I need to save in order to reinstall the web cam without having to re-run the disc. It's a Logitech quickcam 9.0.2, I can find out more technical information about it if you need it.
As I said, it's currently installed on XP, it has a wire which plugs into the PC's speakers. We had to run a disc which came with it intially to configure the sound etc. to work.
If I save the driver will I just need to install a saved copy of the driver and then recreate a desktop shortcut?
If anyone can help me please post, is the webcams driver the only thing I'll need to save in order to use it again after the format (without running the disc)?
Help appreciated
Many thanks
