I have a remote site with 4 PC's that need to connect to a SBS 2003 server at another site. Both are connected to the internet but the server site has a DLink DSL-500 and the remote site has a Netgear DG834G router. The Dlink will do VPN passthrough to the server.
Does anyone know how to setup a persistent VPN connection between a windows SBS 2003 server and a Netgear DG834G router?
A) Will the router authenticate against the Windows VPN server?
B) Can the server be setup to authenticate against the router with the windows VPN client software?
C) Can I only use the proprietry Netgear Prosafe VPN client from the server?
