router starting to P.O. me

Well, i got a new D-link DI624 router which i was told was very nice, but so far i can hook it up to my perfectly good connection and it will allow me to get on wirelessly, but my connection keeps dropping. i've tried switching the channel from 6 to 11 to 1, tried power cycling, and yet still no results

best time i've had on has been 20 min with it on 6, and 11, but i haven't been able to get it to not drop signal.
 
It could be many things... bad signal reception in the area, bad media in between... The transmission tower outside. If it doesnt work try a different router. But, bring it back if it doesnt work next time.
 
Bought off of newegg. I get perfect reception, 5 bars, and when i connect to the ethernet cable directly, never do i ever get a dropped signal.....i already had to RMA the memory i bought from newegg, and i guess i might have to RMA the router aswell.
