Router / router settings problems!

Hi guys,

I have been surfing the net downloading/uploading fine until about 2 hours ago. I desperately need to update my webpage but my router/settings are fuxord!

I tried resetting it, restarting my computer. Reinstalling it. I can surf the net, but when it comes to uploading/downloading It will not upload anything!

I have no idea what it means, I tried googling it but nothing :(
 
Much of that I don't understand either... I'm not seeing many terms I normally come across...

Have you tried doing a full hardware reset? On most, you hold the reset button down for like 5 seconds or so...
 
And you're 100% sure that was a full reset and not just a soft reset? Because that should of fixed it unless you have something else on your network causing the problem...

You say it's an upload problem...have you tried other sites?
 
Yeah i did a full reset (more like 10 seconds) multiple times, reconfig the router many times.

I have never seen these errors before?
 
No, but I don't tipically read the logs as I know what I'm going for...

Try to upload elsewhere and see how it works... It sounds like you just have an overprotective firewall or something...
 
The problem about not being able to upload via ftp is not my router problem. (much worse :() I have been setting up email piping on my server, i think something went wrong and my whole hard drive is filled up. I cant imagine what mess it has made, I have got my tech support onto it (managed). Hope they dont charge me for it!

Disregard me not being able to upload via ftp, that works fine as you suggested. My internet connection is running slower than a 56k still though :(

Such a bad bad day :(
