tlarkin VIP Member Nov 28, 2006 #2 from a security standpoint I don't think universal plug n play is a good idea. If all else fails trying to disable it, reset your router using the reset button on the back, then reconfigure it.

J Jooshi New Member Nov 28, 2006 #3 tried that and it still doesnt work the reason i need to turn it on is because my router wont let through some things, even though ive opend the ports. is there some way around this?
