There is a restriced network that i can acces and i wold like to know how to get thee full internt on it. i know it is possible as admistrators can. and i thick ity is a matter of the right poxy server settings can any one help me please.
 
This restricted network is it wireless ?
....or are you trying to connect over the internet to it ?
...and the exact message you get word for word when you try to connect.
 
it is a restriced network and i only get e few websites and if you try to connect to one that is not allowed it comes up with a mesage from the poeple who restricedit.
the network is not wireles (it is lan)
 
that sounds like auto complete in internet explorer. Unfortunately the settings to turn it off are probably password protected. Are you a kid and this is your parents pc...or your at work and this is a work pc ?
you could always install an alternate browser like netscape or firefox
