Restore Down button not working

My restore down button is not working and minimizing the screen. I read on the internet that the "tablet" button has to be turned off but I do not even have a "tablet" button. Does anyone know how to get it working again ?

To turn Tablet mode on or off, select action center on the taskbar and then select Tablet mode.

Windows 10 but it is working now for some reason
