Restarting Issue

Heya all,
I’ve got a problem with my PC, in fact it restarts randomly.
Yesterday for the first time it restarted when under effort but used to restart only while surfing or when low effort was required.
For that reason it shouldnt be either power supply or overheating problem.(Graphic card demands 630W and my power supply has 650W)
I'm saying randomly because it maybe doesnt restart in 5+ hours and the day after it happens twince in 5 mins.
Things I've tried til now are swapping RAMs (2x2GB) and format HD. I'm on XP Home.
Anyone can help me ?
Thank you in advance.

Look in the event viewer for possible causes. Right click on "my computer" icon and click on mange. When the page loads up, click on event viewer on the left, then you will see 3 sub categories. Go through each one and see if anything stands out. you should see red x's designating issues.

Do you have any interference from your power button to your motherboard? Like severed wires, dust in the frontpanel port?
