Remove xp shut down windows

for some reason my xp pro shut down screen became like this


How can I change so it will look like this again?

Go into control panel into user accounts and click on "change the way users log on and off"

Make sure use welcome screen and fast user switching is checked.

It's also possible that latest installation of any software or hardware may have changed additional settings. Most likely a network driver.
