Remote access other computers

This may sound odd, I'm not sure because I'm not the most computer literate person.

But is there some kind of service that will let you remotely access their computers and use them tasks like posting on a forum or browsing sites?
I'm not looking for proxies or VPNs.

Thank you for the reply. I have looked into those before and unless I'm mistaken that is for remote accessing your own PC from an external device.

What I need is to remote access a third party's system.

Um, that is what they do, i.e remote access a third party. I have used Teamviewer. The third party would need to install Teamviewer and give you the code and password. I have also used UltraVPN.

That's effectively what they'd be doing though. There's really no tangible benefit from doing something like VNC through another PC other than a 1) painful, laggy experience or 2) to proxy around something else.

I see, that could work. But then I would need to contact the individual personally. I was looking for more like an online service that offers it. Sort of like you pay to rent a computer that they leave on so you can access it remotely.

Getting past an IP ban is very simple and could be done with a VPN or proxy. Which I do know how to use. What I'm really looking to accomplish is flawlessly anonymity. IP address from VPNs and proxies have two major draw backs. They can be recognized as VPN/proxy IPs and they can also be back traced given the person doing so puts in enough effort. With remote access even if they manage to back trace the IP it'll lead them to the rented computer rather than my own.

I'm may not be the most computer savvy person. But getting past IP bans is simple work and could be solved with a basic Google search. I wouldn't really need to ask on a public forum for that kind of help.

I said UltraVPN. What I meant was UltraVNC.

It's meant more for computers on the LAN though.
