recovery disk

Hi i need a Recovery floppy disk (6768920000) for a Packard Bell imedia 4706

Ive tried Packard Bell but they no longer do them because of the age of the pc.

Just wondered if any one had a copy or knew where to get one?

If packard bell don't have them anymore, your basically out of luck. What operating system did it come with?

Its Windows XP pre installed on hard disk drive.

When you put the recovery disk in it says Windows 98 at the start of recovery but then sets up Windows XP later on.

The problem is now the recovery disk has MSTOOLS.EXE and TOOLS.EXE missing so doesnt work.

The only thing you can do now is buy a copy of windows XP and install it and then go to packard bells website and download the drivers for it after the install.
