Recording Macros in Word

I have currently been having to use macros in Microsoft Word. Does anyone know any good tutorials on how to make a good macro?

Ive played with some software years ago. don't remember which one. wouldn't trust for a business. it recorded and did what ever you did. thought it was neat though. all your mouse movements etc. you could create a macro called cleanup. maybe run malaware byte, ccleaner then start your full virus scan. maybe i will look into again.

Well i have a Microsoft Sidewinder mouse with loads of buttons which if you knew what you were doing which i dont.You can configure your mouse buttons to do say 180% turn plus there must be loads more thats why i'm asking.There cant be a great diff between the main posters request on macro for word than for games.
