reboot and waiting

Have a new build (intel motherboard) DH77EB. Boots and works when booting or starting but there is a delay during the dos start up. Says :
'Intel boot agent and goes on about the client mac loading'.

Does not get past this window for about 30 seconds then starts fine.
Tried rebooting the AT&T Uverse cable internet box. Nothing changed.
Any ideas?

Disable lan/network boot and it will be back to normal.

Yes it will be in the BIOS under boot devices or something like that. Just disable it.

For the record that did not work. Went into lan settings and disabled. Go into windows and can't access the internet. Had to turn back on. Is there another setting to look at?

You diabled the onboard lan in the bios. You need to disable the ability to boot to the lan. Check boot order and make sure lan/network is not selected as a boot selection.

Im curious though on the intel motherboard bios under Power Options i see something called Intel Rapid Start Technology (its disabled). Whats this for?
