REALTEK Incompatibility with windows xp

ok .. while installing this latest realtek drivers i get an error about some license and my current version of windows .. and get a warn that now or afterwards i'll get a problem and to stop the installation right away .. but i'am forced to click CONTINUE ANYWAYS.. now what can i do about it?? whenever a sound plays in a game ... the game lags like hell and whenever i disable the sound , it runs smoothly .. what can be done about it Besides messing with the hardware ..
 
they're not incompatable they're just unsigned. Its not normally a problem its just that microsoft make a big fuss about it
