Realtek audio manager problem

i have problem installing realtek driver, after i installed it i restarted my computer and after the rebooting the realtek tray icon wasnt their,
then i looked at the realtek main folder on "c:\progran files\Realtek" and saw that ther is only two folders:

-drivers
-installshield

inside the "driver" folder their was 2 files:

-RtlUpd.exe
-USetup.iss

and inside the "installshield" folder:

-Rtkupd.exe


i tried to open all of these files but nothing happend it's look like ther is not enougf files

i am not using and sound card , i am using the onboard green jack,
i have sound on my speakers but i want to install better driver

i tried reinstalling , uninstalling , plug\unplug the speakers , download previous versions.


nothing is helping!!

what to do???

computer speces:

-windows 7 ultimate 32bit
-intel core 2 e6300 1.86Ghz
-2gb ram
-Nvidia geforce 220gt

If it is onboard sound you should have the motherboard software/driver disc and it is only a matter of installation.
If you do not have disc go to motherboard website and download
Realtek software is easy to install and I suggest you reinstall it

first thing:
i never use the motherboard's audio driver from disk
because it is very bad quality.

second:
what i am tring to say is that after i am installing realtek
and restart my computer , nothing happen.

i think that some folder is missing from the realtek directory.

mybe the folder "vista"
 
that could be the problem itself, you cant use either or, you have to use the right one for your system, suggest you go into device manager and uninstall all of them, and post the make and model of your motherboard and we will tell you what audio you need.

i wasnt used both of the drivers at one's, i tried to install
every one of them saparately and they both wasnt worked.



how can i find my motherboard model?



and another thing that i forgot to wrote:
windows 7 is automaticly installed high definition audio devices.
i see there is 5 of them installed at the control panel>device manager.
then i tried to uninstall them all but after i restarting my computer
it is reinstalling it automaticly and i cant stop it.
