Re-install Office on Fresh OS

Sorry if this is in the wrong forum but to me it seemed the most appropraite.

Right, on my old computer I want to format it and install Win7. Problem is though, my copy of Microsoft Home and Office Student 2007 can only be installed 3 times, and one of those times was on this computer.

Would I be able to install it again once I've installed Win7, because its the same actual computer?

It should be fine... However, if they don't allow it, just call Microsoft. They should allow you to reactivate it if you explain you're simply upgrading your OS and reloading.

hey chad are you sure your version of office isnt the 3 user license, in other words you can install it on 3 different machines, not install it 3 times on the same machine because that doesnt make sense ms know you will need to reinstall over and over, im sure if you check with them you will find the 3 install your talking about is you can activate it on 3 different machines, after that you cant put it on anymore machines, but the 3 machines you first activate it to you can reinstall as much as you want.
