RCA Jacks for camera?

I have RCA jacks on my computer, can I use them to plug in my Astak wireless camera receiver? If so, how do I get the computer to "see" it, and how do I view the cameras? thanks for your help!
 
Things are pretty slow here sometimes. It depends on what kind of rca jacks they are. They can be "inputs" or "outputs". If they are inputs you can just plug in your Astak wireless camera receiver and install proper drivers to your pc to get it to show up. But most likely, they are outputs used to hook-up your pc to a tv so that you can view your pc on a tv.
