I don't know why you picked the GTS 250??? You can get an ATI 4850 for $100, and still get the same performance. Then take the money you save and put it to a better motherboard.

Go with these:
GIGABYTE GA-MA790XT-UD4P

SAPPHIRE Radeon HD 4850

And it's cheaper than what you had before. Better motherboard, and the 4850 has nearly identical performance to the GTS 250. Then take what you've saved and get some better RAM.

G.SKILL 4GB (2 x 2GB) DDR3 1333

But about the videocard, i just like nVidia better  is the CPU good ? or should i go with intel Core2 Quad

Hows this.....i highly suggest looking into an ATI alternative,Nvidia are expensive...you can get better performance for the price going ATI.

Quad core,4gb of 1333 ram,DX11 video card...couldnt go wrong!

You could lower the price by ditching the extra 2gb of ram i added,But if you want to game i would recommend keeping it 4gb.

Thats what im saying, you get quite a bit more performance in most cases for the price going ATI rather than Nvidia these days.

Nvidia needs to lower their prices or face loosing alot of sales to ATI imo.

I hate to immagine the Fermi prices.
