so i was bored and i had to make a background in under 10 minutes at college so i made this:

Looks great, I love the brushed effect, and i dunno if its just me but I don't like the texture of the font below the logo, just my opinion though. otherwise, its great

Looks good.. Tried adding a bit of noise.. guessing your using Photoshop. For under ten minutes thats pretty sweet

Looks great but I'd go for a different choice of colors. Maybe add some background effects using shadows and blur.
