Rainbow Six Vegas 2 map pack problem

I downloaded a map pack for Vegas 2, but i get an error when i try to install it. It says something like installation directory (or folder) could not be retrieved. Any clue how to fix this?

P.S. My copy of vegas 2 is pirated, could that have anything to do with it? (I BOUGHT IT LEGALLY ON EBAY, DID NOT KNOW IT WAS PIRATED!!)
 
Well since its pirated we can't help you regardless of the question or situation.


I would tell Ebay about the guy though since what he did broke about 5 EULA and 2 laws with Ebay and EA and I know EA will hunt those types down.


Sorry mate try a site that is more loose on p2p.
 
Its one thing to pirate a game for yourself. But tricking other people to pay them for stealing just makes me mad.

we can play multiplayer just fine - but trust me - its copied. The DVD is obviously a DVD-R. The guy put a paper label on it. It's obvious. We knew it as soon as we saw it!

And we bought it a long time ago, the best Allmine could do was leave neg feedback.
