I have a few ATA HDDs that are installed and set up in RAID configuration (RAID 0/1) through the RAID utility at the start (Ctrl H). Amazingly, Windows explorer, nor the System Disk Manager see them!
It's sorted now. That was a problem with the driver I think...
So the BIOS RAID utility could see the drives but not the disk manager. When I reinstalled the driver a few times, in the end I could see these drives through a utility under Windows and then in the Drive manager.
I did not put any detail of my system because I have encountered this problem twice before with different mobos, CPUs and HDDs... So I thought it wasn't really relevant.
