quiet case fans

I'm thinking of getting some new case fans because I made the mistake of buying these ones, but they are really loud. I have the antec 900 computer case, and fans that come with are very quiet on the low setting, so I want some like that except without lights. Oh yeah, and preferably under ten bucks a fan. thanks
 
I believe the Nexus Real Quiet 120mm fan (or something like that) is known to be one of the quietest 120mm fans around. It'll also set you back $16.
