Quick Question About Graphics Card

After a few weeks of wondering what to do im still on the hunt for a new graphics card iam aware my power supply is quite low for todays standard however what im after is the best graphics card i can get to match my power supply

You can pull of (maybe) an older Nvidia card, like an 8500 GT. I think the recommended wattage for a 9800 is 300W. But, I would never get a card that barely scraped by what you have.

thanks for a reply what would you recommend, from looking online i came across the gt240 ?
 
There's two options you can do:

1. You can visit this website to calculate minimum psu outputs to meet what card you want: http://extreme.outervision.com/psucalculatorlite.jsp

Just put in the hardware you have and just pick a video card you are interested in from the drop-down menu and see how much the power supply has to be at minimum.

2. You can just purchase a new power supply or a combo of a power supply + graphics card. Take a look here:
