quick hopefully easy question

alright im downloading a windows xp sp2 torrent right now from my laptop, but i need it for my desktop computer. My question is do I need to burn it to a CD-R or DVD-R, and is there any certain format I need to worry about? Any info would help.

Its not illegal to download the service packs via torrent its usually a lot faster the microsoft but you take a risk its not what you really want.. You can mount it with an iso mount program if thats your issue as well..
