question about installation of windows 10 again

Burned the windows 10 iso and installed ok. One big issue though. My SSD with windows went well.
My 2nd backup seagate drive is not there. i looked in device manager and see both drives. no exclamations or nothing. said was good. goto file explorer and its not there at all. just see the ssd.
Any ideas.

Go into disk management, most likely need to assign a drive letter if the drive has no data on it.
