with the hdds not being horizontal, they're gonna fail. i learned that the hard way.
nice case tho. i have the same, it used to house a k6-2.

i have put my computer on its side and have tilted it up before when it was running and nothing has happened to it so it should be fine to elevate a computer like that.

plenty of cases have mountings for HDD that aint horizontal, the three in mine are all on their side and having no issues, case wouldnt be designed that way if it could effect them

Sorry about the lack of clarity, HDDs are fine vertical also, just not on an angle for extended periods of time. Laptop HDDs are much more durable than desktop ones.
