Professional Scratched Disc Repair (USA) - $3/$2

I recently acquired one of these, which is one of the best scratched disc repair machines on the market. It works fantastic, and makes the discs look like brand new. It fixes even the deepest scratches, so long as the actual data (which is on the label side) is not damaged.

So anyway, if anyone has any scratched CDs, DVDs, or video games (even GameCube), and you want the repaired, I can do it. It's $3 for the first disc (mostly to cover shipping) and $2 for each disc after that. It's hard to find places that repair discs anymore, and those that do normally charge $5 per disc, so I think this is a pretty good deal.

As with any transaction, you're responsible for getting the disc to me. I can't be held responsible for any discs that get damaged or lost in the mail when you ship them to me, however I am of course responsible for getting the discs back to you safely.

I'd send you my MW2 disc that got a ring from my 360, but I installed it to the console with my friend's copy and only need the disc to verify I own the game :)

Although I may take you up on your offer some day.

i have a gta3 disk id like you to try out pm me some info on where to send and how you would like to do the transaction .

well i i didnt download every game i play, but if i get some cd scratched i will send it to you

Haha I always prefer the method of apply a thin layer of toothpaste :P

Honestly, I've tried that, and if there are any scratches that are deep enough to make the game unplayable then it is very unlikely that toothpaste will get them out. However, if you're looking for a DIY option Brasso metal polish works quite well. However, it would take forever to get out any deeper scratches.

Learning something all the time. never heard no sheet like that. Brasso. Interesting though. Im guessing when you do clean you never wipe in a circle. Always across the disc. What kind of cloth do ya use? would a soft t-shirt work? got a bunch of those i saved. On the other hand i would think brasso would have to much acidity and abrasive. works well for the purpose though. im not questioning if it works but curious. just looking for an opinion and more information. thanks

Oh ok. It worried me because you didnt tell me you got it.
I thought it got lost in the mail or something.:o

It had a pretty bad scratch no? lol

Yeah, it was actually probably the worst I've seen. I've bumped my own Xbox with a disc in it, and that puts a real deep scratch in it but I haven't seen it as deep as it was on yours.

Any cloth should work... a T-Shirt would be fine. The point of it is to remove a layer of the plastic on the disc, so it's not like you have to worry about using a rough cloth.
