Product Claims?

For a science project I have to prove or disprove a product claim, So i got the idea of (1) Seeing if 80+ Bronze/ Silver/ Gold/ Platinum ratings on power supplies are true or (2) If the CFM of different fans are really true.

I just wanted to know if these are feasible ideas, and other suggestions would be appreciated as well.

Make sure you have the proper equipment to test it!

(Voltage meter, air flow sensor, etc.)

Otherwise I say yes... Sounds like a project that could meet the guidelines..

I've been looking some stuff up and I'm not entirely sure how to measure the power output and CFM of the fans, can you elaborate a bit more?
