Problems with webcam

Hello

I have a problem with Logitech webcam C160. After installing the drivers and enable the program to handle the camera, the program jams and system crashes. The LED works but does not record webcam images. The computer complies with the requirements.
 
Good place to start could be device manager. Look for yellow exclamation marks. If so right click and update driver. Might want to also post operating system and bit 64 or 32.
 
I don't have any yellow exclamation points. I have updated drivers. I have Windows XP Home Edition 32 bits.
