My modem goes out at random times, and is very annoying to reset (especially when trying to play games over XBox Live). I have it hooked up to a Netgear Wireless G 2.4 GHz 802.11g router, which links to my computer that I'm on now and two XBox 360's. I also have the wireless being used on a laptop in the house.
I am not very experienced in modems & routers, so any technical instructions you give might have to be explained. (Sorry about that).
Does anyone have any clue what to do? After many tries, it is obvious that Qwest Tech Support does not, so any info you can give me is appreciated.
