Problems with my computer

Hello, my pc is very lagging. When I'm browsing it laggs, when I listen to the music it also laggs, when I'm trying to open a folder, I need to wait 20-30secs. I dont know what to do. I already scanned my pc, zero viruses. Even changed antivirus system.

3,2 GHz
1 TB HDD.

I have this computer since 2008. And yes, system become slow recently. Maybe few days ago.
 
Well your ram is quite low at 2gb, it would certainly help to add some more memory.

Either upload a screenshot or go to file and save as text file and then just copy and paste the text.

Well i would apply some fresh thermal paste to your processor to try and bring the temp down and add at least a front case to fan to help cool the inside of your system.

You could try running some system maintenance tools to clean your pc, download ccleaner and use it to clean your system, also download defraggler and use it to defragment your hard drive.

Go through your installed software and uninstall anything that you do not use or need.
 
Try doing a system restore to a day before the problem began to see if its fixed.
 
Start button, programs, acessories, system tools, system restore. Then pick a day before the issue started happening and see if it still happens after the computer restarts.
