I have bought a touchsmart tx2 HP laptop since 18 months in a shopping mall in Bangkok, and am having those troubles having its screen work properly since a few months. The laptop itself works and I store abt 15-20 Gb of photos inside so far. HOwever, when lit on, the screen would in fat be lit but would constantly diplay 2 horizontal stripes. A few weeks ago, I used to turn off the screen by presssing FN+F4 and after a fw attempts, it would work, but now, even after doing that process 5-10 times, the screen would keep dispalying those two white stripes, in which case the laptop is totally unuseful.
Has it already happened to anyone?
and can anyone tell me how to solve that problem?
