A while ago, my soundcard (Creative Audigy 2), suddenly didn't work anymore, in my attempts to fix it, I used system recovery, but it didn't work.
later, I uninstalled every Creative software, and then installed a driver I downloaded from the Creative website. and everything worked fine again.
but some games, don't work anymore, because of the system recovery, so I had to undo the recovery, but now my sound card again doesn't work anymore.
I've tried uninstalling every Creative software, and then installing the driver from the creative website, but I get an error saying there is no Soundblaster Audigy 2 drivers installed, (I guess it can only update an existing driver, wich means I didn't remove every creative software last time)
when I first install the driver from the CD-rom (sound card still don't work) and then try to update it with the downloaded driver, it says, it can't update the driver.
