Problem With Edirol Ua-25

Hi
I have a Edirol UA-25 Sound card and i have installed the drivers of the card and the asio drivers.
But when i try to use the sound card i cant hear anything,
this soundcard has two types of output, 1/4 jack and RCA cable.
I have a Creative T2900, 2.1, but i can only connect the two speakers to RCA input (the subwoofer has no connection the edirols card).
I checked the configuration in the control panel and everything is alright.
Later i was seeing the manual and it says to connect powered/amplified Speakers, and then i remembered that my two speaker have no power connection, only through the woofer,
Do i need to buy amplified speakers??
if so what shoul i buy??

not at all. Read your manual again.

You need to run a standard 1/8" minijack (headphone jack) cable from the line out on your card to the very top jack on the sub.

The next two jack under that (one headphone and one data..looks like s-video) will be for the control unit

The next one down is the right speaker, then the left speaker, then the power cord. The two speakers use RCA plugs.
