problem sending mms!!

Hey i just got a new Samsung Genio QWERTY phone and was just going to sent a picture message but the message "unable to send as picture message, please change creation settings"

this is going to soung nooby how on earth do i do that and what do i have to do?

all i want is to send a picture :'(

Go to Messages, Settings, Multi Media and Sending Options. Change the Creation Mode to Free. This means that their is no limit to the size of file that you can send via MMS but you may also be charged more by your network for sending it.
