Problem about using the Portta VGA UTP Extender 1X1 Splitter with Audio

when i bought the portta VGA UTP extender and connect it between my Epson WXGA projector and my LG Notebook, but there is no image come out except only saying not supported and H: 49.66 kHz V: 59:98 Hz. the network cable use between in around 3m.

Detail:

Input device: LG Notebook, output Device: Epson WXGA projector
Network cable in between in 3m
Use AMP Cat6 cable

Can i know why is not using any image but only say Not Supported and what is the H: 49.66 kHz V: 59:98 Hz means
 
because i thought i have lost my previous account detail and password, therefore i open a new one, however i still cannot solve the current problem on the vga utp extender

Have you tried flipping the adapter around?

If it doesn't work when you do so, you may need a new VGA cable. I had to get one for my old monitor to work.

The H and V, would probably be referring to the RGB sync...
