Posting photos from my email onto internet site

Hi

Please can you help.

I've got a few pics on my email account that I want to post onto the internet. I want to post the pics onto a chat forum .... like an avatar image.

The internet site has the ability to search the photos on my hard drive but the photos are not there .... they are in my email account. So how do I go about getting the pics on to the internet site?

Or do I have to send the pics to my computer and then let the internet site search my computer? In which case how do I do that?

I run lap tp with Vista.

why can't you just right click the image and paste into the directory of your choice.
