Upload the images to a hosting company like photobucket then grab the Direct Link code and put it in your post in between these brackets

1. hit print screen

2. open up MS paint, or any other image program that will allow you to paste an image into it

3. Save the image.

4. go to http://photobucket.com/ make an account, then upload the picture

5. There will be an IMG code. Copy this, and paste it here. Alternatively, open the picture in photobucket and copy + Paste the URL (It will end in .JPG, .PNG etc, whatever image format you saved it in) inside of
