Port Opening

Hi guys, well im currently working on my new project.. here are the stuff ill be going to do...

making a webserver..
activate a private ftp server
etc etc...

hehe i will need help on opening ports and stuff... do you guys have any websites or tools or suggestions for me???

it should tell you in the program that you have.

for hosting ure going to typically need port 80, usually ftp is port 21, but if ure trying to make it private, you can assign any port to that.

in fact you can assign any port for anything, these are just the defaults. . .
