Hi all,

Recently, we called someone to help with setting up internet. He re-installed windows XP and set up the internet. All our hardware remained the same (64mb graphics adapter, 512 mb RAM).

After this, for the first time videos became jerky although audio was still good. Last time we had internet, we could see online videos and videos from cd s and hard drive very easily. Now all videos, online, from cd, from harddrive have become jerky. Video on flv player is blue in color but the color is ok on windows media player.

After disabling hardware accelerator on flash and increasing screen refresh rate there has been improvement but not to the level before this man handled our PC.

There is tons of free space on our PC and I use comodo antivirus and defrag and repair registry religiously. Please tell me what could have gone wrong?

Is the display driver installed? Right click "My computer" and choose "Manage". Select "Device Manager" from the left panel. Are there any yellow exclamation points or question marks?
