Plz Help!!!

When i was fiddling around with the settings on my router the way this guide to make ur network psp friendly, i somehow screwed up my router and i cant figure out how to get it back. Its a Linksys WTG54G and ive tried holding in the reset button for up to 5 minutes and leaving it unplugged and got nuthin. i tried accessing it through its ip address (192.168.1.1) and got nuttin. is there neway i can reset the router totally or the firmware back to normal???

ive also tried linksys upgrade firmware utility and it doesnt connect to my router either

run the setup cd again.

ive tried it it does nothing, the problem is that the router cannot connect to my computer, i no theres something wrong on the routers side of it???

Could it be the ethernet cable?
