Please Help Me Create A Gift!!!

I am trying to see if it is possible to make a certain gift for my significant other. Basically, I want to have a live streaming site displayed as art on our wall. Here is the site: http://www.google.com/trends/hottrends/visualize?nrow=5&ncol=5&pn=p1

I will need a small computer to hook the monitor to in order to run it but don't know what I need. Is this a realistic gift and how can I do it?!?!

I'm trying to keep the whole project under $300 so that's definitely doable...what would I search? I really have no good idea of what a "small computer/desktop" means..... :-/

*PS I'm the girlfriend who works with kids, not computers :P
 
If you are the adventurous type, you could try something like this.

It runs on Android, but if all you're doing is displaying that website, there should be no issues. Not to mention it is very easily hidden behind the TV.
 
Honestly I wouldnt spend that much on a android stick. Get a cheap one, or a PC. And, are android browsers good enough to run that content?
 
To make it simple...

ANY new computer today will be able to show your WEB site because WEB site does NOT require a lot of system resources...UNLESS IF YOU ARE CRAZY TO PUT 10000 HARD EXECUTIONS ON A SINGLE WEB PAGE (but you did not do that lol)...so just do yourself a favor...save money by buying new computer,but the cheapest one...
Do the same for the monitor...

My 15 years old computer can play games like Half-Life 2 episode two just fine...so...do I have to say more?...
