please help audio feedback problem

i often play league of legends with my pals,talking trough Skype, i often send some sound feedback that i cant hear, i also have been told that it very high pitch annoying and loud witch is odd because i use a headphone, so i have a Compaq cq50, i have tried to update drivers , change my head phones, use the computer microphone and the headphone speakers and vice versa, have tried to just use the computer microphone and speakers , not even muting my microphone in Skype works, so my toughs are that is a internal problem or a drives problem of some kind

so... i guess what im asking is can some on help me?

It's most likely skype or your internet, if muting the microphone doesn't fix the feedback, try re-installing skype on your computer.
