Rite yh im confused --
Are submurged PC's and liquid cooled PC's different things or the same things???

way different. submerged pc's are actually put inside a fishtank and then filled with meneral oil, except the hdd and cd drive(they gotta stay dry).

They're cool but not all that useful.
Liquid cooled pc's are setup that use water or some other liquid to cool the cpu(s) or gpu(s), but not the system. They're generally for people who want to overclock the living hell out of their parts.

basically submerged pc's are submerged in some sort of a non-conductive fluid(oil just happens to be the cheapest) or you could use florinet if you're made of money, water cooling uses a liquid inside of a block(copper is the only thing used nowadays really) to transfer heat over to a a radiator(also made of copper/brass)

Basically he said he built a submersion PC with some techies at his school and he didn't know if a liquid cooled PC was or wasn't the same. The title "liquid cooled PC" could mean submersion PC, tbh.
