playing rome total war on desktop

will any of these computer work with rome on high settings. here are rome's specs:System Requirements

They all meet the minimum requirement but the video card will hold them back from running it with everything set to high.
 
how about this will rome run on high. frys offered me a good deal on this only $400 plus tax and warranty

This is the same problem. I don't know how well the new Intel graphics processors hold up on older games but I haven't heard of them getting a lot better. The only place I really see a problem is when you are commanding a battle, the world map should be fine. If you have everything on high but use smaller unit sizes it might be ok with the other details on high, I'm not sure.

They're still pretty crappy.
