I just made my own phpbb forum through a website called bizhat. Now i want to change the templates on it but I have to download phpbb. Once I do I dont know how to get the templates from my directory to my forum.

Did you happen to register a free forum?If so,I think you can't...
If not the only way you could have a forum is by uploading the files -.php mostly- to your site and os you would know how to upload files again...

You should post this type of support question in bizhat forum not here. They got more specialised support members over there to help you.
